Can I use the Unique function to a data validation so that the dropdown only populates the attributes of a column. Or do that with a cell reference. In Microsoft excel, this can be done by adding a # so that the cell reference picks up all the dynamic values of the referenced cell.

I have attached a screenshot from Microsoft Excel on how the dynamic cell referencing works.

 

Do we have a similar thing in Zoho Sheets.
