One of our users who we sent invite for ZOHO assist to cannot delete / remove her trial account created in error prior to being invited to our company ZOHO Assist. Error is in screenshot below.
No matter what website we get her to go to and attempt to remove her trial account, gets into a loop with that error. And despite the error saying unknown error try again later, a week of trying again indicates that is not the solution.
Can you please delete her trial account on backend so we can send her a new invite and she can login to our ZOHO assist?
