User is already present in another campaigns account

User is already present in another campaigns account

Hi there,

I enabled Zoho Campaigns on our Zoho One account and logged in to test it out. One of my colleagues tried to do the same, although I had not added him in the One Admin Panel.

Now when I do try to add him I get the error message in the title.

When he logs into Campaigns it says he is using a trial. On mine it says I am using my Zoho One subscription.

Pleas can you let me know how we can resolve this and get that user added to our Zoho Campaigns account.
