User message on the Writer doesnt go away

User message on the Writer doesnt go away

I am developing a prototype for incorporating zoho writer into my application and I have the below issue.
When I open the document in collaborative mode, the document is loaded and the message says Document ready for collaborative use. But for few users I see the message "Connecting to the server. Please wait..." and it just stays there. Even though the document is loaded fully and the newly typed text is shared with other users, the message doesnt go away.

Please respond me if this is an issue with the Writer or that I have to make any changes in my code.
