There doesn't see to be any way to track users or generate user reports in Zoho CRMPlus. Ideally I would like this with agents in Desk.

Examples:

- User Activity Report: tells activities of a specific user over time, including most recent/last activity

- User Created Report: shows date each user's account was created and also date each user activated their account

- User Login Report: shows login history of user/users over time

All of this data must exist somewhere, so adding these reporting capabilities shouldn't be difficult.
