I have added User/Shift Setting however even if the employee is present the day is marked as grace and the day gets deducted from there leaves. Can you please check if there is any error in setting up this. 

Just FYI, we have attendance integrated with ESSL biometrics, so sometimes it takes time to sync in zoho.
