Variables Limit Testing App

Hi, 

I am testing some functionalities with a Sigma app, and everything works on my local sandbox but when I try to install it on a test account, I am getting the following error. I would like to know if there is a better way to debug this and identify exactly what is causing the problem, the error is too generic.

error: The number of {0} Variable Group that can be created in your CRM account has exceeded the limits.

I had also attached a screenshot with the result of the installation, I am working on a settings widget and apparently, it is something that can't be done in a local environment.
