Unfortunately, there’s no undoing this problem. It's not something you can fix, but if I don’t write it down here, my anger won't subside.

I don’t know what kind of update you made with Zoho Sites, but for the past two weeks, we’ve been constantly struggling with updating our website. Just recently, I spent 3 hours working on one page of our existing website. During that time, I saved my work, but when I tried to publish it, I found that the page didn’t publish the way I intended, and on top of that, all my changes were completely gone.

THIS IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

After working intensely for 3 hours, experiencing something like this is beyond frustrating!

I don’t know what caused this error, but you need to work on your Zoho Sites tool very thoroughly.

As a marketer, I have to say, Zoho Sites is by far the most broken website editing tool I’ve ever used.

Please don’t try to find a solution to my problem, because I know there isn’t one; what’s lost is lost.

But I hope your managers read this and learn a lesson from it.
