Video Tip #7: Generate personalized file activity reports

We're excited to be back with our video tip of the month. We hope these tips help our WorkDrive community understand more about the essential features of your favorite online collaboration software.

When it comes to administering your team's data effectively, it is essential to have an audit trail that tracks all documents and activities from each person involved in the process.

With the WorkDrive's ability to run custom reports, you can generate reliable activity reports on every action in your team. If needed, Team Admins can narrow the report entries by filtering and customizing the results based on the folder location, members, time, and activities.

As an admin, you are allowed to generate multiple activity records to analyze business data and history. It is also possible to export your generated reports for any legal purposes.

The exported reports will be automatically saved in the "Activity" folder in "My Folders" for further use.
