Visitor Tracking Stopped Working

Hi!

We have a Basic Plan of SalesIQ on www.3dcadvegra.com      
The Visitor Tracking stoped working on 4th of september. We have like 2k visitors/mo so the limit is not excedeed.
Also, I verified the visitors tracking code in the website source file and is fine.
The live chat works fine

In the attached file, salesiq33, I am on the website but shows no visitator.
