Visitors not leaving on SalesIQ!

Visitors not leaving on SalesIQ!

In my SalesIQ, I show there are many more people on the site than there actually are. Many records are 2+ hours old. As soon as I send them a chat message they disappear (because this finally triggers SalesIQ to mark them as not "online"). Now I can't even send messages to clear them out: http://d.pr/i/1dSwA

Help! What should I do?
