Visitors online don't working

I setup my account for our site migbusiness.ru . We need see visitors online depending from time spent by visitors in our site. But it isn't working. I add into site integration code(for chat and visitors track). I setup the integration SalesIQ with ZohoCRM. I see new leads in CRM, i see new chat in SalesIQ, but views online visitors isn,t working! I need your help!
