Voice message recording on trouble ticket.

Voice message recording on trouble ticket.

I see the recorded voice message automatically assigned to a new trouble ticket. I can click and play the message when accessing my account from a browser such as Chrome.

How can I play the message from my iphone? I tried forwarding the ticket to my gmail email account and I couldn't play the message. I tried texting it to myself by forwarding it to  " myphonenumber@mms.att.net" where myphonenumber was replaced with my actual 10 digit phone number. I also tried downloading the Zoho Support app for iOS.

In all three cases I can see the text of the ticket, but I am not able to play back the recorded message from my phone.
