Voici Bigin 360 : une version optimisée, proposant de nouvelles fonctionnalités

Nous avons le plaisir de lancer une nouvelle formule tarifaire : Bigin 360, l'édition la plus haut de gamme, qui viendra compléter les éditions Express et Premier. Depuis son lancement, Bigin a conquis de nombreuses entreprises qui nous poussent, par leurs retours à l'améliorer continuellement. Portés par cette dynamique croissante, nous avons développé Bigin 360 comme une solution complète, spécialement pensée pour les PME en expansion. Elle leur permet de gérer l'intégralité du parcours client – de la vente à l'onboarding, en passant par le marketing et le service après-vente – sur une plateforme unique.
Dans cette optique, la nouvelle édition Bigin 360 offre des limites de fonctionnalités accrues et des options supplémentaires via des modules préinstallés. La nouvelle formule de tarif est proposé à 18 $ par utilisateur par mois (facturation annuelle) ou 21 $ par utilisateur par mois (facturation mensuelle).

Limites de fonctionnalités changer

Le nouveau plan offre un stockage combiné d'un million d'enregistrements et un maximum de 15 pipelines pour s'assurer que nous sommes en mesure de gérer la croissance des opérations entre les services de Bigin. Les limites de certaines de nos fonctionnalités les plus utilisées, telles que les e-mails de masse, les champs personnalisés et les règles d'automatisation, ont également été augmentées.   • Explorez de nouvelles perspectives en créant jusqu’à 50 tableaux de bord personnalisés pour visualiser vos données.
  • Recueillez des informations précieuses grâce à 10 formulaires pour capter les données de vos visiteurs et publics cibles.
  • Structurez votre organisation dans Bigin en définissant jusqu’à 20 rôles et profils d’utilisateurs personnalisés, reflétant fidèlement votre entreprise.

Fonctionnalités préinstallées

Bigin a intégré des modules complémentaires afin d'élargir les offres, vous donnant la possibilité d'ajouter des fonctionnalités supplémentaires selon vos besoins. Dans les formules Express et Premier, ces options sont facturées en supplément pour ceux qui désirent y accéder.

Au début de l'année prochaine, vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir Booking Pages, un nouvel ajout passionnant à notre liste de toppings qui transformera la gestion des rendez-vous et des réservations de vos clients. Les utilisateurs de Bigin 360 bénéficieront automatiquement de Booking Pages, tout comme d'Email-In et de File Cabinet. Et ce n'est pas tout ; nous prévoyons d'ajouter d'autres fonctionnalités à l'avenir.
Dès aujourd'hui, les nouveaux utilisateurs de Bigin peuvent opter pour la version d'essai de Bigin 360 sur notre page de tarification et commencer leur évaluation immédiatement.
Les utilisateurs existants peuvent migrer vers l'édition Bigin 360 en sélectionnant l'option Gérer l'abonnement dans leur page de profil Bigin.
