Wait 15 seconds before chat widget is presented to web visitor

Is there a config change I can make so that when any visitor lands on my web pages, after 15 seconds the chat window is then presented, not right when the page loads by default? I found a setting "Intelligent Triggers" where I can send them a chat engagement message after a specified time, but I do not want to send them a message, I just want a delayed chat window presence. Help :) Thanks!
