Warranty renewal for multiple serial numbers under one account

Hi Community,

We sell products that come with a warranty. We have added a "warranty expiration" field. When a warranty is about to expire, we contact the customer to offer a renewal. This works great if one customer, has one product from us. In many cases though, customers buy more than just one unit. We then create a "parent account" and associate a member account for each purchase.

When I filter by "warranty expiration", I will see e.g. 5 entries from one customer. Is there a way I can select those 5 accounts and set up an auto generated letter that pulls the serial number from each member account into one document as long as the respective contact is the same for all accounts? Like, if there are multiple entries under the same name, put it in one letter instead of 5.

I'm trying to get to a point where I filter by expiration date and then simply do a mail merge... but the multiple accounts make it hard on me.
