Start met Zoho One



Welkom op de community-pagina van Zoho One, hét besturingssysteem voor bedrijven. Op deze pagina geven wij een korte introductie over Zoho One. Daarnaast geven wij een aantal tips om te starten met deze besturingssysteem.

Tegenwoordig zijn Cloud-oplossingen niet meer weg te denken uit onze samenleving. Voor elke activiteit heb je een tegenwoordig een app. Bij elke app heb je te maken met zaken rondom toegankelijkheid, privacy, integratie, database en noem maar het op. Wat er gebeurt is dat je een mengelmoes krijgt van verschillende applicaties die op meerdere manier met elkaar verbonden zijn.



Met Zoho One beschik je over één geïntegreerd systeem om de uiteenlopende activiteiten van jouw bedrijf om te zetten naar een meer verbonden en flexibele organisatie. Een suite waarbij je de beschikking hebt over meer dan 45 verschillende soorten apps voor diverse afdelingen om je bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Van Sales tot aan Marketing, van HR tot Finance. En dit allemaal onder één ecosysteem.




Het aantal beschikbare apps in Zoho One kan best overweldigend. Daarom geven we graag een aantal tips om mee te beginnen:

1. Doel
Bepaal voor jezelf wat uw doel is en richt je apps daarop in. Het is heel verleidelijk om te starten met verschillende apps, maar daardoor is de kans groot dat je het overzicht verliest. Bepaal dus daarom eerst jouw doel en kies vervolgens die apps die hier op aansluiten.

2. Start klein
Wij raden onze klanten aan om klein te beginnen en daarom te starten één app per afdeling. Wij raden aan om te starten met Zoho CRM voor Sales, Zoho People voor HR, Zoho Campaigns voor Marketing. Indien jouw bedrijf bekend is met de Agile manier van werken dan raden wij jou aan om Zoho Sprints uit te proberen. Klik hier voor een overzicht van alle apps.

Een handige hulpmiddel voor het stellen van prioriteiten is de MoSCoW-methode. Elke letter in deze methode staat ergens voor, de M voor Must have, de S voor Should have, de C voor Could have en de laatste W voor Would have. De letter "o" in Moscow heeft geen betekenis.
  • Must have. Wat je nodig hebt, dit is het meest noodzakelijk.
  • Should have. Wat je mag hebben. Hierbij gaat het om eisen wat zeer gewenst is maar je bedrijf blijft overeind als je het niet implementeert.
  • Could have. Wat je kan hebben. Dit gaat om zaken wat handig is voor jou maar wat niet noodzakelijk is.
  • Won't have. Wat je niet nodig hebt voor je bedrijf.

3. Categoriseren
Categoriseer jouw apps in mappen. 45 apps is veel, hierdoor verliest je al gauw het overzicht. Klik hiervoor op de drie puntjes en kies voor "Nieuw app-groep"
Maak een groep aan en selecteer de gewenste apps. Op de Home-scherm zie je vervolgens de gewenste tabbladen met daarin de apps.



4. Personen toevoegen
Wordt jouw bedrijf groter of werk je voor een grote bedrijf? Ga naar de instellingen en klik op Gebruiker toevoegen. Voeg ze vervolgens toe. Wil je dat bepaalde personen toegang krijgen tot apps ga hiervoor naar " Toepassingen" op het instellingen-scherm en voeg personen toe aan de juiste app. Zo houdt u alles netjes en gescheiden.



5. Integraties.
Pas op met integraties. Integraties zijn heel verleidelijk. Ze bieden heel veel oplossingen aan waardoor het in theorie je werk makkelijker maakt. Wat er in praktijk vaak gebeurt is het tegenovergestelde. Bedrijven koppelen en integreren allerlei applicaties aan elkaar vast zonder dat ze door hebben wat het doet en waarvoor ze het doen. Komen wij terug bij punt 1. Bepaal eerst je doel en richt je apps daar op in. Vervolgens kan je op ontdekken om te bepalen welke integraties van toegevoegde waarde zijn.
