Web clipper on iPhone app

Hi. Web clipper gives the impression of having down its magic when I use it in safari on my iPhone (a ‘tick’ appears) but then nothing at all actually appears in any of the notebooks I have. Am I doing something wrong or is it in fact that web clipper isn’t functional in iOS 13?
