Hello Zoho developers 💻
I just went through the Webforms functionality in Zoho CRM.
🔹Webforms simplify the process of capturing visitors or users information from your website into your CRM system.
They are designed to automate the importing of data from websites into Zoho CRM. Non-technical users find it easy to design and publish their own webforms.
💡 Webforms are supported for Leads, Contacts, Cases and any other Custom Modules that you have in your account.
🛠️Before setting up the webform, complete the following check-list
Create a default email template to send automated replies to website visitors upon submission of their information.
🔹Create an assignment rule if you wish to assign the incoming records to specific users or to assign them based on round robin method. By default, all incoming records are assigned to the administrator.
Configure the webform further, if needed, to suit your requirements.
Customize the fields to be added in the web form.
Test the webform before publishing it on your website.
💼Webforms can be used to:
Capture data (visitors' information)
Communicate with website visitors
Conduct surveys
Respond to user questions
Generate online sales
Receive online feedback
🔹The new update allows us to create a QR code for a webform and embed it where needed, such as on a website or in a template.
🔹After completing the web form, select the QR code as the publishing method, and it will generate a QR code.
🔹If there is no option for a QR code in the publishing method, use the steps below.
🪟 Steps to create a QR code for a webform.
Once you complete your webform, choose the link in the publishing method.
Use any QR code generation application to provide the webform link, and it will generate the QR code.
➕ Note: There is no need to create a dynamic QR code for the Zoho CRM webform, as it automatically updates the forms.
Thanks & Regards
