We have received the below information on 10.09.2021 and then we have enabled the webhook manually. Could you please support us with this case? What can be the reason of this problem?

The webhook desk.zoho.com has been temporarily disabled due to too many failures. You can re-enable the webhook in your tolonglobal portal from Setup > Developer Space > Webhooks to facilitate communication with third-party applications. Before you do it, please check the possible reason for these failures by testing the webhook first.
