We are a small company that prevent fraud from people entering free events over and over. We want a webpage and webapp to help us in a new business model. We certify that people that have entered a certain event will not be able to do so again in a determined period of time. We do this by using their fingerprint and store that fingerprint in a database that we check everytime someone wants to suscribe to a free event.
