What's New—Jan 2024

Hello everyone,

After dedicating our efforts to some behind-the-scenes enhancements throughout January, Backstage is now running more smoothly.

So here are the most recent updates from Backstage.

Manage permissions pertaining to event registrations for custom roles. To do this, click the Edit Privileges option for a custom role, which will take you to the Manage and Conduct Dashboard tab. Then go to the Manage registrations section.
Find specific attendees using the Search, Filter, and Columns options in the Attendee tab below the Attendee Profiles tab in the portal.
Now you have the flexibility to check in new attendees even for sold-out ticket classes. When this is done, the ticket quantity for the class will automatically be increased by 1.
Lounges can be configured with a capacity of up to 20.
Apart from event attendees, the host and co-hosts can also post their questions, actively contributing to the session's engagement.
