We've been working to bring you new features and updates to help you manage your inventory more efficiently. Here's what's new this September in Zoho Inventory:
Ultimate Plan
We're thrilled to introduce the new Ultimate plan of Zoho Inventory for all editions! In this plan, you can access all the features available in the Elite plan of Zoho Inventory, plus Zoho Analytics! You can create highly customizable reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to visualize and track key financial metrics from your Zoho Inventory data.
Advanced Inventory Tracking Is No Longer Mandatory
You can now make it optional to enter an item's serial number or batch tracking details when you create transactions. We've also added the Missing Advanced Inventory Tracking Details report, which shows you all the transactions with items without the serial number or batch tracking details.
To make advanced inventory tracking optional, go to Settings > Preferences > Items. Scroll down and click Configure under Advanced Inventory Tracking.
Purchase Receives Module
View all the purchase receives you've created as a list in the new Purchase Receives module. Apart from viewing all your receives, you can edit a receive and even filter out particular receives by applying filters or using the advanced search. You can also save purchase receives as In Transit to indicate items on their way to your warehouse.
To view all your purchase receives, go to the Purchase Receives module under Purchases from the left sidebar.
Edit Manual Shipments
Zoho Inventory lets you edit manual shipments and add any information you may have missed or need to update.
Improvements to UPS and USPS Integrations
When you create a shipment using UPS or USPS, Zoho Inventory will only fetch the cost of the chosen service instead of all the service rates.
