As we step into the second half of this year, we've made some significant feature upgrades to Zoho Invoice. Read on to know to find out if this feature is what you've been looking for this month!
Hassle-free GSTR 1 Filing (Indian Editon)
File your GSTR-1 without much effort using this new feature in Zoho Invoice. The GSTR-1 report deals with the outward supplies of goods or services in your business. So you don't just create contacts and record invoices that are GST compliant, but also you get to file them from Zoho Invoice.
Update Your Estimates in Bulk
Ever wanted to update a single field in all your estimates? Well, you can do that now. Zoho Invoice allows you to update each field in bulk so you can cast a heedful eye before you update all your data.
Customizable Payment Numbers (Indian Edition)
Configure the prefix and suffix of payment numbers to suit your business. So you can now choose to generate payment numbers or add the payment number for your receivables each time. Learn More.
Enhanced Reports
We've polished our reports module to let you get every detail that you're looking for. The Invoice Details report now has the Advanced Filters fitted to it so you can customize and generate new reports based on the criteria you set.
Not just that, the Aging Details report of your Receivables will also let you filter and generate reports by Customer.
Custom Buttons for New Entities
As another step towards bringing a highly customizable product to our customers, we've now introduced Custom Buttons for Credit Notes, Retainer Invoices, and Expenses. So you can create new custom buttons and trigger the required action at the touch of a button. Learn More.
While these are some of our major updates for this month, you can check out all our updates on our What's New page. If you’ve got any questions or feedback, leave a comment here, or drop us a line at support[at]zohoinvoice.com.
We'd love to hear from you!
