What's Utility messaging?

Utility messages are mostly informative in nature. They are designed to provide essential updates, confirmations, or alerts related to an ongoing transaction or interaction. It includes delivery updates, order updates, payment confirmations, appointment reminders, and shipment updates.


Why the Price Drop?  

Meta's latest pricing overhaul aims to keep WhatsApp competitive with other communication channels such as SMS marketing.
