Why can I not see one of my categories when I use the Mobile CRM app?
I see my Candidates and my Technicians, but there is no way via the CRM app to access one of my other categories, 'Dallas Employees'. Why is that? Is there something I need to do to add that to the app? Being unable to access it prevents me from being able to do half my job via the app.
Any help would be appreciated. I have tried to reset it, which results in the error message that zoho crm has stopped working. After an hour or so and and a reinstall of the app, I was able to get back in, but still no Dallas Employees.
