Will the Zoho Sign API-Only plan work for my use case?

I am already using Zoho CRM Enterprise edition and now would like to integrate Zoho Sign. From my research, it looks like the API is what I'm looking for, but then on the Zoho Sign API Pricing page, this threw me off a little:

  • What if I want to use Zoho Sign with its built-in interface and also use APIs for integration?

    You can use Zoho Sign with its built-in interface across the web and mobile platforms even with an API-only license. However, you will continue to be charged on the basis of usage, even for the documents sent for signatures using the interface. Alternatively, you can pay a flat price and subscribe to our Enterprise Edition, and purchase API credits as add-ons based on your API usage needs. This way, you will be able to access Zoho Sign from our web and mobile apps, as well as API.

I have the following needs:

  1. Re-usable templates, so I can send out the same documents consistently.
  2. Document fields, where I can pre-fill the document with things like name, address, and other fields from their CRM record.
  3. Multiple signers
  4. Sign multiple files per single document
  5. Webhooks, so I can trigger automation when a document is signed (or otherwise).
I have no need for individual CRM users to do anything manually; all of this should be driven off of automation. I've been using Zoho CRM for a bit now and am perfectly comfortable with Deluge making calls using Zoho connectors, which is what I understand will be needed.

Given the above, will I be able to create the templates I need in Zoho Sign, then send the data over from Zoho CRM to populate and ultimately dispatch the document for signatures, all with the API-only plan? Or will I need a paid seat also for the admin side of things?
