Workdrive Genie - how does it work?

Workdrive Genie - how does it work?

Hello,

I installed WorkDrive Genie.  It shows that it is running.

When I try to open a file in WorkDrive, and select "Open WIth -> Desktop App", I get a box that opens for me to download and install the Genie App again.

How is this supposed to work?
