Workflow to add files into notes

Hi,

ZOHO Notebook has such a great potential and is so close to be the best notes taking app i can think of in comparison with the competition. I've already sent some feature requests to fill some remaining gaps. One more thing I'd like to suggest which would fill a gap with regards to MS OneNote and Apple Notes:

In a note one should have a button to insert a file. I'm aware that files are not saved directly into notes but the current workflow is not convenient since you manually have to create a link to a file outside the note in the notes vault. In addition it would be nice if there also was a preview image of the content of the file (e.g. for PDF files).
