Workspace Contact Segregation
Workspace, the dedicated marketing space inside Zoho Marketing Automation, now allows individual marketers to segregate only the required set of contacts to be associated with their respective workspaces. This way, you will have better control over the number of contacts you'll be managing, reduces clutter, and plan specific targeted campaigns without any overlap.

CRM Contact Sync without emails
You can now sync contacts without email ids but just with phone numbers, from Zoho CRM to Zoho Marketing Automation. Earlier, only contacts which had an email associated with them could be synced to Zoho Marketing Automation. This expansion enables you to incorporate a wider range of leads and customers into your marketing initiatives. By leveraging phone numbers, you can reach out to your audience through SMS, and WhatsApp, creating a more holistic marketing strategy.
Note: Please note that this feature is currently available only through Zoho CRM sync and File Import.
