Would it be possible to add a "estimator" to my website?

I own a small swimming pool service. I think it would be wonderful if client could go to website create their own estimate/invoice ex. Swimming Pool Openings Estimate and there would be a list of different services we provide which they could pick and choose. Basically like a shopping cart but without the payment feature. There are too many variables to count until job is finished for them to prepay. So after they've created estimate it would be sent to me and them via email and after we arrange a scheduled date and job is completed estimate is converted etc. I know I could probably do this with a shopping cart or form but I really want to have that info synced into zoho crm without doing a lot of data entry. What do you think?
