Writing EMAILS

You guys need to revamp your email sending.

1. Its not good that you gray out the CRM lead that we need to reference when sending the email. WHats up with that? I can't look stuff up. You should pop it on a top pane or right pane. WITH ability to scroll and see record for history, notes. etc> :0

2. IN sales/outreach, 95% DO NOT reply. So why not make previous emails RESENDABLE and editable?

3. Please make it so you can email from a button to the default contact in Deals !

ITs all about outreach to succeed, and your not making it super simple to succeed for manual emails. :0 Hope you can implement it.
