These emails are stored in your browser and displayed when offline from the browser storage. You can also draft replies and compose new messages. Once you're back online, your messages will automatically be sent and synced, including all your actions — sent messages, replies, and folder changes — ensuring everything is up to date.

Setting up Offline Mode

Here's how you can enabled offline Mode, follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. Log into Zoho Mail.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Navigate to Offline Mode.
  4. Turn ON the toggle button to Enable Offline mode.

  5. Click on the date drop-down in the Save emails section to select the number of days.
