Hello everyone! We are back with another exciting update.
Gone are the days when we stored files only on our computer hard drive. In recent times, most of our documents are stored on Cloud services so that we can access them anytime, anywhere.
The Files section under each record in your Bigin account holds important documents like brochures, price list, quotes, invoices, and agreements related to each record.
Let's say you have the quotation of a deal stored in Zoho Workdrive and you want to associate it to the deal in your Bigin account so that all the information is available in one place.
But, the process of opening the cloud app, downloading the files and then uploading them to your Bigin account is time-consuming! And, to do this for every record makes the process simply tedious. To make things easier we have introduced the cloud picker feature in Bigin.
You can now attach files to your records/notes from cloud services like Zoho Workdrive, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, Dropbox and Evernote.
Simply hover over the attachment icon to choose one of the options and attach files to the records right from your Bigin account.
And, if you have documents stored in some other file storage app or some website, you can attach them to your record using the Link option.
