Zia Skill Set keyword extraction when parsing resumes in Zoho Recruit
When parsing resumes the skill set key word extraction is way off. Most keywords Zia is automatically populating are non applicable keywords associated with the candidates profile. For instance it pulled the keyword "Corona Virus" as a skill set for a Manufacturing Engineer and Corona Virus isn't a skill or listed in his resume once. With needing to manually change the keywords for each candidates profile it's creating a ton of unnecessary work for the team and our searchable database is useless. This has become a huge issue within our candidate database. When I went to edit the mapping for the parsing feature being that it's a Zia feature it doesn't allow me to edit how it extracts keywords in anyway. Is there a way we would be able to make adjustments to the keyword extraction feature?
