ZMH emails seen as "broken" by EmailOnDeck
Is anyone else using EmailOnDeck to test ZMH functions? I've recently found that emails to it are all marked as "Broken Email? Click to fix" (screen-1339). When you click, EmailOnDeck opens a new browser window that shows you the email (screen-1340).
Does anyone know what it is in emails from ZMH that trigger this reaction from EmailOnDeck? My emails from Zoho CRM don't provoke the same reaction.
EmailOnDeck suggests the problem is links, but the only links in the emails are the ones in the footer (this is from..., this is to..., update profile..., unsubscribe...).
I have people using EmailOnDeck to see how marketing automation works. I want to process to look as slick as possible. Any mention of "broken emails" creates the wrong impression.
