SalesIQ Zobot - can't get "Card Wait Time" to work

SalesIQ Zobot - can't get "Card Wait Time" to work

In Zobot, in any "Send Message" card, there is an option to enable "Card wait time." It gives the option of pausing for between 5 to 10 seconds.
I've tried it numerous ways, but I cannot get this function to work correctly. Zobot always zips right through to the next card without waiting.
Anyone know a solution or workaround for this? I'm happy to use ANY method for slowing down the Zobot so that the user can think about the options presented before the next card pops up.
I looked at this problem with Zoho Support numerous times with no solution and they've gone silent about it.
Anyone have ideas or solutions?
