Zobot settings

Hello Who could help me, or guide me to make this flow in my Zobot?

First of all I need you not to ask me for data to start the chat

Welcome message -------- I choose 3 options, only 1 is chosen ----

Option 1

Ask me my name --- enter name.

Ask what is the phone? --- enter phone.

What service interests me? --- service entry.

Attach a file ---- Attach file.

Give a message of thanks and then another message with some link and end the chat.

(I don't want a lead to be generated).

option 2

Ask me my name --- enter name.

say thanks and answer with the name you entered, and ask how is.

ask if you want to enter an email or have an apartment transferred to you.

If you choose an email a lead is generated and a farewell greeting, if you want to transfer, the chat is transferred with an agent.

Option 3

Ask me my name --- enter name.

What services do you offer?.

Attach a file ---- Attach file.

Thanks and end chat.
