We received a bot building requirement to assist website visitors with following options. We are sharing the script here for the benefit of others, do give it a try:

What will this Zobot do ?

First, when the visitor hits the site, the bot will display a welcome message and a menu with following options:

Buy a Product
Need Support
Just Browsing

Then the flow goes on...

Capabilities:

Product suggestion: List products based on the category selected by the visitor with links to the corresponding page in the website.
Call scheduling: Schedule a demo call
Lead generation: Convert website visitors to leads
Create tickets: Can convert issues reported by visitors to support tickets
Check ticket status: Allow visitors to check the status of support tickets from the chat window

Integrations :

Google Calendar: To schedule a demo call
Zoho CRM: To generate and push leads
Zoho Desk: To generate support tickets and check ticket status
