Zoho Assist on Citirx Servers
I signed up for Zoho Desk Pro yesterday. I was given a 90 days trial for Zoho Assist. I really want to use it to help support my end users. I think this would be a perfect tool and love that it integrates with the ticket system.
I started testing this in my enviroment. I am 100% an Citrix enviroment. All my users access all their programs through citrix. They go to our Web Interface portal and launch a seamless app. So i loaded the ZA connector on a server and tried to run the assist from it. I still get prompted to download the app to join the session and see no way around this.
Ideally the only way i see this can work is to pre load the ZA connector on all my citrix server so its already there for my users. And then when i send invitations my users dont get prompted to download and install. I already turned off the option to uninstlal when the session ends but dont see an option to not prompt the user to install.
