zoho assist remote support on mac

I tried to get my customer to download, install, and run zoho assist on their mac, but they were not able to. Are there instructions I can give to mac on-demand remote support users on how to download, install, and run (and change settings to run) the remote zoho assist client on a mac (macos)?
