Zoho Billing information in CRM
We have started the process of shifting across to Billing and part of the rationale was we wanted our sales and support team to have better visibility over who was behind on their billing, etc.
Given there is a native integration I just presumed this was part of the integration. We previously used Hubspot/Chargebee and that integration let us do exactly that.
Is this something you guys are looking at?
At this stage my plan is to create a custom module in CRM for invoices and to use Flow/Automations to update it, but that's a massive pain in the neck for something I would have thought would be an intrinsic part of the value of using both platform.
Or am I missing something?
