We have a Zoho Booking link, we want the following to happen when it is complete:

1) it finds the person in Zoho CRM who submitted the booking and updates the Enquiry Status Column to 'Self Booked'.

2) is it possible to customise the booking form by adding some stick boxes or a drop down? For example we want the customer to select their country or even better automatically deny customers from booking if they are from certain countries

Can anyone help with this?
