Zoho Chat Widget not showing on all pages

The Sales IQ chat widget will appear on initial page load ,but won't show up on any other page outside of the one I initially load on. Any time I do a hard refresh it will appear again. Any idea on how I can make the widget show up on every page regardless if I refresh or not ?
