Zoho - Commits Fraud - Charging Credit Cards without Permission
Hi,
Two months ago I unsubscribed from Zoho CRM. To my surprise I now discover that somehow someone re-instated my subscription and my credit card has been charged for last 2 months without permission.
Worse still, when Zoho advised - they ignored my requests for a refund even though any check would have shown I hadn't accessed or used this software for months,
I believe this is intentional revenue policy. Staff are going and changing peoples subscriptions to generate more money.
Just like some of their misleading pricing information which hides minimum users.
This is some of the worst business practice I've encountered and I've lost all trust in Zoho.
I am incredibly upset about my trust being abused like this - and then ignored when I approached staff, This is my warning to everyone - double check your subscriptions - don't trust ZOHO when u cancel something - any other company would have immediately issued refunds.
