Zoho Connect external networks - web chat?
Hi all,
I am trialing Zoho Connect external networks for use in building a community around our products. I was asked if this application supports private chats and I was like "yes it has web chat" because I recalled seeing this on the pricing page.
However I can't see anywhere in the guest UI how to start a private chat?
(I also should note that I can't find any documentation on this "One-One Chat (Web)" mentioned on the pricing page)
Is chat only possible using Cliq chat/channels between intranet users?
We really want to be able to chat one-on-one with our community, ie. guests - is it possible?
