Zoho Creator EXCEL Sync

I need someway to implement a two-way sync where users usually work on EXCEL (off-line). The data then should update (new and existing row data) a form on Zoho Creator. The date time stamp will determine which entry overwrites the other. I've tried the GUI export from Zoho, but it's not working well. Contact me and talk about a possible solution. I'm not technical at all, so will require someone with necessary skills.
