In Creator, when we have to handle a complex business logic, we go for the combination of workflow and deluge scripting. To develop those business logic effortlessly, you have to know the technical nuances and know-how. So we formulated the idea of bringing in the Creator Tech Connect Series.

Creator's tech connect series would comprise of pure technical sessions in which we provide immersive training on the key essentials and technical nuances while building a solution in Zoho Creator.

Widgets are out-of-the-box embeddable UI elements to extend the capabilities and app user interfaces with which you can perform tasks beyond the scope of in-built features. It equips you with additional features to enhance the front-end capabilities of your app. You can also use JS capabilities and connect to the Zoho Creator app using SDKs.

In this session we will understand widely the capabilities of widgets in Zoho Creator, how to create a widget and also understand how using HTML, CSS and JavaScript together we can achieve this. We will also be demonstrating the steps involved in widget creation & configuration and how it can be used in Zoho Creator. Not just that, we will also be demonstrating Library Management using a new form wizard interface and showing how the communication between Widget and Creator happens using JS API eg: add, update, edit and delete records.
