We will use Filter drop down to select one client -- MARK. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7286512/zoho2.png Under MARK there is date when some work is performed, invoiced time and invoiced price for that work featuring deliverables. 

Can we have button "Send invoice" that would automatically create PDF file and send it to email specified address? Please take a look a example PDF invoice.

Address: Sydney, Australia (3 rows) Person: Mark Twain Email: mt@twain.com At the moment in our system we have one field named Contact Name that contains contact name and contact email (Mark Twain, mt@twain.com), but we will move this data into two separate fields: Person (Mark Twain) and Email (mt@twain.com) Other data are taken from Invoices view: Regular hours and Extra hours are always the same and they are subtotal from Invoices - MARK - Invoiced time column. Total amount is subtotal from Invoices - MARK - Invoiced USD Timeframe is generated between the oldest and latest data from Invoices - MARK. Hourly rate $is default text value in invoice, will not be auto generated. Date is from the day is invoice made. The only thing that should be determined are Invoice numbers, in this example this is Invoice #6 (shown at two places on page 1). The scenario should it go this way: you go to Invoices, pick MARK from filter and you click on button to auto generate PDF and send it to address from Clients - CLIENT - Email (mt@twain.com). Requirment: the invoice should be formatted as our example http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7286512/zoho4.pdf The invoice should have 2 pages as described. If you need it first to create it as HTML view, we can do HTML/CSS in-house for HTML view of invoice.

Regarding invoice number we should discuss how to best solve it. We could even change system of naming invoices with data format or similar. Regarding date format, Zoho currently shows all data in format Wed,Nov 23,2011 We would like in invoices (Only Invoices) to have data in simpler format like Nov 23. Is that possible?
