Zoho Creator to GMAIL API Setup - Where Do I Begin?

Does anyone know how to connect Zoho Creator to Google Workspace (Specifically GMAIL?)

We have FLOW setup and working fine to send emails via GMAIL, but Flow doesn't accept file attachments which is a major problem. 

So, we need to be able to send an email using deluge to Google Workspace/Gmail. I have spent most of the afternoon looking into this but there is so much information that is of no use to me out there I am getting no where. 

I have no idea where to begin setting up the required OAUTH at either Google or Zoho end and I am completly stuck. 

Any assistance or even a starting point would be very welcome! Thanks
